Briton killed in snowboard accident
A British teenager has died in a snowboarding accident while on a family holiday in the French Alps.
Craig Kipperman, 17, from Peterculter in Aberdeenshire, Scotland, is understood to have died after falling and striking his head on rocks during a run on the slopes. The accident happened on Friday afternoon at the resort of Val Thorens, where the family had rented a chalet.
The band's website was filled with messages of sympathy. A message informing fans of Craig's death was posted on the website by his fellow band members. It read: "His death has come as a saddening shock to us all and his friends and family are dealing with the loss of a great person and fine musician. 'Full life' "Words cannot sum up Fish. He led a full life and was not afraid to do so. "He inspired us all and our lives are better for having known him." Craig's family were too upset to speak about the accident on Monday night.
