Picture gallery: Cardinal's funeral
Hundreds gathered on a brilliantly sunny summer's day in Glasgow to say farewell to Cardinal Thomas Winning, the leader of Scotland's Roman Catholics.

The body of the cardinal was taken to St Andrew's Cathedral where a Requiem Mass took place on Monday.

Family, friends, parishioners, priests and politicians attended the two hour service.
