Five-year-old sent polling card
Freddie Sibley
Freddie, aged 5, was sent a polling card for the general election
A five-year-old boy has been sent a polling card for the general election.

Freddie Sibley, from Leigh Woods, North Somerset, received the card in the post along with cards for both of his two sisters, aged eight and 10.

North Somerset Council said the Sibley family must have filled in the registration form incorrectly.

Father Adam said: "I was quite surprised, really. The girls have been receiving post from various parties for a few weeks."

He added: "To see they all had poll cards and were being expected to turn up and vote was quite a shock."
