The social media revolution?


Social media and revolution - how Europe's online community are taking a page from the Facebook heroes of Egypt and Tunisia's uprising.

While those protesting in North Africa and the Middle East have been trying to topple governments, in Belgium they've been organising protests to try to form one.

A group of online activists recently organised a demonstration to 'shame' Belgium's politicians into action after the country passed a record-breaking 250 days with no government.

The Record Europe's Shirin Wheeler speaks to the organiser of the Brussels 'SHAME' protest Felix De Clerck and Jonathan van Parys from 'HackDemocracy', the Brussels and San Francisco based online activist movement.
