Sir Gerry Robinson says it is wrong for the government to ringfence NHS spending and claims there is room to make cuts.

Mr Robinson, who has chaired Allied Domecq and Granada, and fronted the BBC show Can Gerry Robinson Fix the NHS? is not impressed with government spending plans to exempt the health service from the cuts that other departments will face.

Each Wednesday, the Daily Politics offers a platform to a famous person to make a film with their views on a subject before debating their ideas in the studio with political guests.
