Cameron wants 'respect agenda' with devolved institutions

David Cameron has made his first visit to Scotland as prime minister, vowing to pursue a 'respect agenda' with the UK's devolved institutions.

Mr Cameron said it was important that parliaments worked together and that he wanted "to try and win Scotland's respect as prime minister of the United Kingdom".
