What role for ministers?

With no agreement in place in attempts to form a government, it means that government ministries are being looked after by the same people as before the election - even if they are no longer an MP.

The BBC News Channel's Joanna Gosling spoke to Bridget Prentice, who is still a Justice Minister, despite stepping down at the election.
