David Cameron's wife Samantha is expecting a baby in September, a Conservative spokesman has said.

The Conservative leader, 43, and his 38-year-old wife already have a son Arthur, four, and daughter Nancy, six. Their oldest son Ivan, who had cerebral palsy and epilepsy, died at the age of six in 2009.

Following the announcement she was pregnant again, Samantha Cameron said that the couple were "obviously delighted."
