In May 2003 the former BBC reporter, Andrew Gilligan, a dossier presenting the case for war in Iraq had been "sexed up", but this was rejected by an inquiry held by Lord Hutton.
Now Tony Blair's former spin doctor, Alastair Campbell, has told a new investigation, the Iraq Inquiry headed by Sir John Chilcot, that he did not "beef up" intelligence used by the government in the run up to the war.
Andrew Gilligan told the BBC he was impressed by the committee's line of questioning.
