Cameron says Tories will not cut NHS spending

David Cameron has said if the Conservatives take power at the next election they will not cut spending on the NHS.

Launching his party's draft health manifesto he claimed he wanted to "give the NHS back to the people".

But he confirmed there would have to be cuts in other areas of public spending.
