Iraq inquiry hears 45 minutes WMD claim 'not significant'


Senior civil servant Tim Dowse has told the Iraq Inquiry that the claim that WMDs could be deployed in 45 minutes was "not significant".

The former head of counter proliferation at the Foreign Office between 2001-2003 said the Iraq weapons report "was not surprising".
