Miliband rejects EU job rumours

Foreign Secretary David Miliband has ruled himself out of the running to become EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs, saying he is "committed to Britain".

He had been seen as a frontrunner for the job, one of two senior post created by the Lisbon Treaty.
