Cameron plans break from 'big government'

Conservative Leader David Cameron has set out his ideas for helping Britain's poorest people, claiming the Tories are now "best-placed to fight poverty in our country".

In the annual Hugo Young lecture in London, Mr Cameron also attacked Labour's record on reducing inequality.
