What now for the Lisbon Treaty?

With the Lisbon Treaty finally ratified by all member states, it could come into force as early as next month.

The Record Europe will be asking if it's really the blueprint for a European superstate that some fear.

However David Cameron has ruled out any referendum on the treaty, after it became clear that there would be no more delay in ratification after the Czech president finally put pen to paper and signed the treaty.
