Brown: Karzai must tackle corruption

Gordon Brown has told Afghan President Hamid Karzai he will not put UK troops "in harm's way for a government that does not stand up against corruption".

He said new measures needed to be put in place to tackle corruption in Afghanistan and added that cronies and warlords had no place in the future of the country.
