Cameron's 'never again' vow on EU

Conservative leader David Cameron has vowed "never again" would power be transferred from the UK to the European Union without the approval of the British public.

Having dropped his pledge to hold a referendum on the Lisbon Treaty, Mr Cameron has been setting out new policies on dealing with the EU.

James Landale reports.
