Cameron on 'radical' welfare reform

Conservative party leader David Cameron has spoken about his proposals for reforming the welfare system in an interview with the BBC.

He told Andrew Marr that he wanted to scrap the New Deal, and pledged 200,000 extra apprenticeships.
