Osborne on troop resource 'scandal'

Shadow Chancellor George Osborne has described the row over British military resources in Afghanistan as a "scandal", and said the Conservatives had raised the issue over a number of years.

Speaking to Andrew Marr on Sunday AM, Mr Osborne also promised a "rapid defence review" if his party is elected.
