Tories plan key banking reforms

Shadow Chancellor George Osborne has revealed plans to abolish the Financial Services Authority as part of the Tories' banking reform plans to be set out in a white paper on Monday.

Speaking on Sunday AM with Andrew Marr, Mr Osborne said "the system that Gordon Brown created patently failed".
