Brown and Cameron clash on spending

Public spending has dominated Wednesday's Prime Minister's Questions, with both Gordon Brown and David Cameron accusing each other of planning cuts.

Mr Cameron also mocked the prime minister's assertion that spending would "continue to rise at 0%".
