Hutton: I'm not deserting Brown

Defence Secretary John Hutton has become the latest minister to quit the government - although he says he will remain loyal to Gordon Brown.

Mr Hutton told the BBC's Political Editor, Nick Robinson that he was not deserting Gordon Brown or the Labour party, but was standing down because he did not plan to contest a seat at the next election.
