Michael Gove: 'I did not flip'

Conservative MP Michael Gove has defended himself against accusations of exploiting the MPs' second home allowance in the latest row over MPS' expenses.

He rejected the allegations, claiming he had made no profit at the tax payers' expense, but he did acknowledge that the system was "rotten" and in need of reform.
