Labour deputy leader Harriet Harman has insisted she would not fight for the party leadership, as speculation grows over Gordon Brown's position.

Labour MP, Stephen Pound, has also backed the prime minister's leadership, saying that Gordon Brown will lead the Labour Party into the next election.
