Cameron welcomes expenses 'U-turn'

Conservative leader David Cameron has said he welcomes Gordon Brown's decision to meet with party leaders to discuss MPs' expenses reform.

Mr Brown said MPs' second homes allowances should be replaced by flat-rate daily Commons attendance expenses.
