Cameron wants 'change' over emails

Conservative leader David Cameron has spoken about the row over e-mails sent from Downing Street proposing to smear several senior Tories.

Speaking after a visit to Stafford Hospital, he said the scandal showed Labour had been in power too long, and that Gordon Brown "set the culture" in Downing Street even if he did not know what had been going on.
