Purnell on jobs and Green arrest

The British Chambers of Commerce, the CBI and Standard Chartered Bank have all now predicted unemployment reaching three million.

But there are also around two and a half million people on incapacity benefits.

The Work and Pensions Secretary James Purnell is asking how many of these people could work if they really tried, explaining his proposals on the Andrew Marr Show.
