Cameron: 'Brown has no plan'


David Cameron has criticised Gordon Brown's plans to increase government spending to tackle the economic downturn.

Speaking to the BBC's Political Editor Nick Robinson, the Conservative leader said the Prime Minister was pulling a "gigantic con-trick" and was forced to borrow more because of his past mistakes.
