Brown cracks bank collapse gag

Gordon Brown raised a laugh when he made a joke about a bank falling after someone's phone went off while he was making a speech.

He was talking to guests attending the launch of Powerlist 2008 at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office in London.

The event aims to celebrate the work of the country's most successful black people, including lawyers, politicians, businessmen and sportsmen.
