McNulty on leaked crime letter

Home Office minister Tony McNulty has reacted to the leak of a draft letter predicting a rise in crime levels due to the UK's current economic crisis.

Mr McNulty said the content was a "statement of the blindingly obvious", as it was clear crime may go up during the slowdown.
