Man denies indecent images charge

A 33-year-old man has pleaded not guilty to 11 charges of making indecent photographs of children in Ballykelly.

Sean O'Leary, from Madeley Close in Market Drayton, Shropshire appeared at Londonderry Magistrates Court on Wednesday.

He is accused of committing the offences between January 2003 and December 2004.

A prosecution barrister alleged 60 indecent images of children were found on the defendant's computer.

The trial is scheduled to begin in January.

Mr O'Leary was released on continuing bail.
