Two men, aged 26 and 30, being questioned over the murder of Patrick Devine in Claudy, in September 2004 have been released without charge.

A 63-year-old man has been charged with threats to kill and firearms offences relating to an incident in the Claudy area during August 2003.

He is to appear before Londonderry Magistrates Court on 8 December.
