Oil thieves target families tank

The family had the oil stolen from their back garden

A family in Strabane have been targeted by oil thieves.

The Friels found that the oil tank at the back of their home in Evish Grove had been emptied sometime over the weekend.

Sandra Friels said it has been a huge blow for the family.

"It's just heartbreaking, as you're trying to get things sorted out for Christmas time and oil is expensive enough without someone stealing it."
