Dorothy Wray contracted the C. difficile bug

The daughter of a woman who died with C. diff in Altnagelvin hospital has called for a public inquiry to be extended to all health trusts.
On Tuesday, the health minister Michael McGimpsey announced an investigation into the outbreak of the superbug in the Northern Trust.
Jennifer Balmer - whose mother Dorothy Wray died in February - said the family needed answers.
"Why does he not include all of the hospitals that had the C. diff bug?"
"I can't understand why the health minister wouldn't do that," she said.
Between July 2007 to August 2008, more than 60 deaths were linked to the bug in the Northern Trust area.
Michael McGimpsey told the assembly on Tuesday that even after receiving a report from a regulatory body, questions remained.
"I want to restore public confidence in the safety and quality of healthcare," he said.
