Bishop Daly on Saville and closure

Bishop Edward Daly, a former bishop of Derry, was a curate at the time of Bloody Sunday.

Television footage captured him carrying a bloodied victim down the street in the Bogside.

This became an enduring image of the historic day, replayed on television many times.

Bishop Daly gave his reaction to the publication of the Saville Report and discussed the extent to which it will give him closure.
