Soldiers' lawyer: Saville 'cherry picked' evidence


Lawyer Stephen Pollard, who represents soldiers involved in the Bloody Sunday inquiry, has disputed many of the findings in the Saville Report.

He disagreed with the finding that soldiers shot at protesters without justification.

The evidence can be "cut whichever way you want to", he said.

He denied the report opened the way for criminal prosecutions.
