Teen held over Coleraine attack

Police

A 17-year-old girl has been arrested in connection with a sectarian attack in Coleraine on Friday night.

Five people, including a 12-year-old boy were injured when they were attacked by a number of people on Killowen Street at 2300 BST.

None of the victims' injuries are believed to have been serious.

The 17-year-old was arrested in the town's Kylemore Road area on Sunday. Police have said they are treating the assault as a sectarian hate crime.
