Army technical officers made two devices 'safe'

A second man has been arrested after two bombs were found in Lurgan on Wednesday morning.

Two "viable devices" were defused by the Army after being found on the Kilwilkee Road in the County Armagh town.

Local politicians said the devices were pipe bombs.

The 22-year-old man is being questioned about the find, as in another man who was arrested on Wednesday.
