The sitting MP is Sammy Wilson of the DUP.
Almost 61,000 people can vote in this constituency.
It is home to Northern Ireland's two biggest power stations.
Larne has been used as seaport for over 1,000 years while Carrickfergus was briefly captured by the French in the 18th century.
Chris Page visited Carrickfergus to tell us more about the issues concerning the people of East Antrim.
