Weather update

Sunday: Heavy showers and squally winds will continue in most areas for a while this evening with winds gusting to 60, perhaps 70 mph.

Further localised flooding is possible, especially in parts of Tyrone and Fermanagh. Overnight winds will relax and showers will ease.

Monday: The morning will bring a few blustery showers and a few bright spells especially in the east. During the afternoon showers will become more isolated and many places will end up dry.

Westerly winds will continue to ease and temperatures will reach 10 Celsius.

More rain is on the way for Tuesday.
