Woman threatened during burglary

Police tape

A woman has been threatened with a knife by a teenager who broke into her home in Antrim.

The woman arrived back at her home in Dunamoy Drive on Friday afternoon to find a man attempting to steal her television.

He threatened her with a knife before escaping empty handed in the direction of the Stiles estate.

The victim was described as being unhurt but shaken by her ordeal. Police have appealed for information.
