Family targeted in arson attack

A couple and their two young sons have been targeted in an overnight arson attack at their west Belfast home.

The couple and the boys, aged five and 11 years, escaped injury in the fire at their Mount Eagles Drive home in Lagmore on Monday night.

The door was set alight and destroyed at about 0400 BST. An exterior wall was scorch damaged in the blaze.

It's understood the attack was not sectarian. Police are investigating a motive.
