Another swine flu case confirmed

Tamiflu tablets are prescribed for people with swine flu

Another case of swine flu has been confirmed by the Department of Health, bringing the total number of cases in Northern Ireland to 18.

The Department of Health said the latest case was a female who was a contact of a previously confirmed case.

They said she had been given antivirals and was recovering at home.

Another 10 possible cases are currently under investigation in Northern Ireland.
