Detectives investigating the murder of financial adviser Geoff Kerr in Templepatrick are continuing to question a 50-year-old man.

Mr Kerr, who was 60, was shot dead last week at his home in the old village area of Templepatrick after a struggle with two intruders.

A 33-year-old man appeared in court on Monday charged with murder.

Two other men held over the murder were released without charge and two women released pending reports to the PPS.
