Man and woman hurt in car ramming

A man and a woman have been taken to hospital after the car they were travelling in rammed a police car near the Broadway underpass in Belfast.

A police spokesperson said their injuries were not thought to be life-threatening.

The incident took place just before 1100 BST on Saturday.

One man has been arrested and is helping police with their inquiries.
