Man in hospital after gun attack

A man has been shot in both legs during an attack in west Belfast.

The incident happened in the Dungloe area of Lenadoon at about 1930 GMT on Wednesday night.

A police spokesperson said a 21-year-old man had received gunshot wounds to both legs and had been taken to hospital.

They added that a motive for the shooting had yet to be established and that there were no further details at present.
