Up to 2,000 litres of toxic acid has been stolen in County Armagh.
A trailer containing between 1,500 and 2,000 litres of acid was stolen along with a tractor from the Tandragee Road in Jerretspass on Tuesday night.
The police said the hypochlorite acid is used as an antibacterial treatment for water and is a light green liquid.
"It can be very toxic and will burn the skin and eyes," said a police spokeswoman, who warned anyone who sees the trailer not to touch it.
