Searches after town bomb warning

Police officer's back

Police have been carrying out searches in Lurgan following a security alert.

Officers in the County Armagh town received a telephoned bomb warning relating to the Church Walk area on Wednesday night.

They have advised members of the public to be cautious and asked anyone who notices anything suspicious to contact them.
