Aircraft firm advertises 200 jobs

Bombardier aircraft

Bombardier Aerospace has advertised for 200 more staff.

The jobs are linked to an investment programme for new aircraft wings announced earlier this year at the Canadian-owned firm.

The company's Colin Elliot said it was a sign that the firm's prospects were healthy. "We've a very strong backlog of £26m," he said.

"Our aircraft are particularly attractive to airlines - they're a smaller air craft and fuel efficient."
