Twenty-five teachers belonging to the NASUWT union are on strike

Members of the NASUWT teachers' union at Movilla High School in Newtownards have decided to continue their strike.
The 25 teachers at the school who are members of the union rejected an offer from the South Eastern Education and Library Board after meeting earlier.
The union said it would withdraw one of three proposals for the education of the boy at the centre of the dispute.
It is no longer willing to see him taught by specialists in isolation at the school.
Thursday is the ninth day of the strike.
The dispute arose when teachers' pay was docked for refusing to teach a pupil who they claim assaulted one of them.
It is not clear when further talks at the Labour Relations Agency may take place.
The ATL union' s 10 members at Movilla who are not on strike have been consulted on the offer from the South Eastern board.
A spokesman said they viewed it as a step forward, but have asked union officials to have more discussions on issues around it.
