Police search
Detectives have been combing the surrounding fields in a search for clues

Police are treating as murder the death of a farmer at his home in a remote area of County Armagh.

The body of Victor Stewart, 45, was found at a house on the Creevekeeran Road in Middletown at about 1130 BST on Wednesday.

Detectives have appealed for anyone who was in the area between Sunday and Tuesday to contact them.

They said they also wanted to speak to anyone who was with Mr Stewart in the days before his death.
